This Thanksgiving, what am I thankful for?
Of course, there's the obvious ones:
Family...friends...loved ones.
All of the immaculate blessings bestowed on my life by the Almighty.
But most of all, I am thankful for the gift of urination.
That's right...the ability to pee freely and unhindered.
Admittedly, this is a fuction of the body we normally don't give a second thought.
We take FOR GRANTED that when the time comes for us to "go", we WON'T face complications.
But ever since a few years ago in college, I no longer assume that the sterile river will flow on cue.
I had a horrible sinus infection, and yadda yadda yadda I took some medicines that conflicted and clogged my eurethra.
Consequently, a catheder took up residence in my bladder for a few days.
So now, everytime I successfully answer the call of nature, I lift my hands in praise to God for this small miracle: a confirmation that my kidneys are indeed functioning and filtering properly.
I'm sure this was more information than you expected, but HAPPY THANKSGIVING just the same.
And may your cup runneth over.
Best Thanksgiving post ever! :)

ha that's great! cup runneth over...
although i must say, i wondered why you'd always raise your hands and shout at the urinals of restaurants.
it's all becoming clear.
